• Home remodeling: New bathrooms, kitchens, moving of walls, and adding closets, etc.

• Light home repairs: Projects others may not have time for including but not limited to seamlessly repairing cracks in drywall, re-grouting tile, replacing cracked tiles, hanging heavy pictures, etc. (I do require at least a full day’s work for these tasks.)

• Home face lift: It’s amazing the difference little fixes and repairs can make - especially when you’re thinking of selling - including seamlessly repairing drywall cracks and holes, sanding and re-staining scratched and damaged doors and molding, power washing exterior surfaces, cleaning grout lines, painting gates, repairing fences and much more.

• Home painting – exterior: I can paint any and all types of surfaces.   I developed a proprietary method for repairing cracks in stucco and painting stucco homes using a special rubberized paint that has a 10-year, crack-free life on exterior stucco surfaces. This is a more economical and reliable option than re-stuccoing.

• Home painting – interior: Give me a call to set up an appointment to take a look at your interior painting job.

• Outdoor repair and construction: From pergolas to walls, I can build it. My only restriction is weight of the finished product, so give me a call to discuss your project.
